the proposed construction, and compliance with governmental requirements. OKM
has a team of professionals with an extensive experience in the various design
components that are usually required for civil design projects, such as
hydraulics and hydrology (H & H), stormwater management, surveying, geometric
design, platting, subdivision, and the utilization of GIS. Aside from using
various standard software applications and models, OKM's engineers have also
